How to use these labels

  1. Name your assets first: set a nickname and unit number on each one (Edit details), so each label reads the way your crew refers to it.
  2. Click Print (top right). Print on adhesive sticker sheets, or on plain paper and tape it on — both work.
  3. Stick one label on each vehicle, trailer, equipment, or tool.
  4. Scan it with any phone camera to open that asset instantly — log mileage/hours, see what's due, add an expense, or pull up its documents.

Sticker tip: use regular sticker sheets for indoor assets, and waterproof sticker sheets for anything outdoors or around water — boats, dock and yard equipment, trucks, trailers.
